Your Custom Journey

Deposit Payment

Once we process your 50% deposit, we’ll confirm your order and kick off the process.

Bike Fit

You visit a local bike fitter (or we coordinate a remote fit session). Your measurements and body metrics are sent to our design team.

One-to-One Design Consultation

You’ll meet (virtually or in person) with our frame engineer. Together we’ll discuss your riding style, past bikes, preferences and fit report. We’ll sketch your frame in BikeCAD.

Frame Building

After you sign off on the design, our master builder begins crafting your frame. Lead time: approx. 10 weeks after fit & artwork approval.

Artwork & Finishing

Our graphic designer will work with you to create your custom paint/graphics. Once approved, we move the frame to final finishing and quality control.
