Welcome to FiftyOne Bikes. By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms form a contract between you (“the customer”) and FiftyOne Bikes, registered in Ireland.

1. Website Use

The content, design, and imagery on this website are owned by FiftyOne Bikes Limited. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any material without our written consent is not permitted.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Orders and Payments

• All prices are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
• Custom Builds: Require a non-refundable deposit to begin production.
• Production Models (Sika and Assassin): Full payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type:

• Custom Road Builds: Built to order. Delivery timelines are confirmed once the order is placed and will vary based on specification and production queue.
• Production Road (Sika) and Production Gravel (Assassin):
  Framesets are dispatched within 5–7 business days after order processing.
  Complete bikes are dispatched within 7–10 days of order confirmation.

The majority of deliveries are handled via DHL Express and UPS offering fast, trackable worldwide service, however, we may use other delivery services depending on your location and circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact hello@fiftyonebikes.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Returns are accepted for unused production models in original packaging.
• Custom build deposits cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

5. Warranty

Every FiftyOne frame is covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper assembly.

Warranty claims should be submitted via email with proof of purchase and supporting images.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take every effort to ensure our products and information are accurate and reliable. FiftyOne Bikes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, except where prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, graphics, and design, is the property of FiftyOne Bikes and protected under Irish and international copyright law. Any unauthorised use of our trademarks, designs, or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
