2. Fit for StrengthThe tubes are placed in the jig and refined by hand with careful filing and sanding. The tighter the fit, the greater the structural integrity.

3. Bonded for LifeA three-step adhesive process bonds the tubes securely in place. Infrared curing and a smooth fillet add further strength and continuity.

4. Ride TunedThe carbon lay-up is varied to suit the rider’s weight and style. This fine-tuning defines the handling and character of the bike.

5. Cured Under PressureThe wrapped frame is vacuum bagged and cured under heat and pressure. Temperature, pressure and duration are precisely controlled for optimum results.

6. Ready for ColourWhen cooled, the frame is inspected for fibre compaction and lightly sanded. It is then prepared for painting.
